Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Brother Joe's. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brother Joe's mobile app and website (the "App"), operated out of Saint Patrick High School. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To place orders and earn rewards, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to verify your phone number via a one-time SMS passcode to sign up or log in.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders placed through the App are for pickup at Brother Joe's. Prices are shown in the App at the time of ordering. Payment is processed securely through Square; Brother Joe's does not store your full card number. All sales are final once an order has been prepared, except where required by law.

3. Rewards Program

Brother Joe's may offer a rewards/points program through the App. Points have no cash value, may expire or be adjusted at Brother Joe's discretion, and are non-transferable. Brother Joe's reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time SMS passcode to verify your identity when signing up or logging in, and, if you opt in, order-status and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time in the App's Notification Preferences, or by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, access accounts that aren't yours, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
